We are the cosmos made conscious and life is the means by which the universe understands itself

Brian Cox

During the Age of Pisces we grew from self-consciousness, to consciousness of Self. During the Age of Aquarius we are becoming conscious of Self as part of an inclusive Global consciousness. We are still incarnating as human beings, but human beings less in bondage to the material, beings that know we are part of and in service of the Divine Plan. We have expanded our consciousness: form and formlessness, the earthly world and the golden world, the outgoing and the return journey, have become two faces of our reality. We have become increasingly aware that there are ‘golden threads’, a kind of a connective tissue linking our experiences and contributing in one way or another to our individuation process. Perhaps the best way to describe the golden thread is that it symbolises the force that ties us to our best selves.

This is the wisdom encapsulated in the gold: when we no longer identify with our status, our achievements, our money, or whatever, we are freed from our imprisonment in form. What arises is a subtle, deep peace: a true trusting of the process. Gold is a tertiary colour made up of primary yellow (mind and individual will) and secondary orange (the insight and persistence to find bliss) carrying some of the messages of both. Dedicating our self to practicing our spiritual wisdom, we are often able to see the connection between seemingly unrelated events, allowing our fears to fall away.

Reclaiming our inner gold, living in the material world with a view to becoming ever more conscious has become the greater part of our purpose. Our emphasis is shifting from doing to Being - and to Be we need to be present. Deep joy arises through acquiring the wisdom to be at one with what happens: when we are able to let go of the judgement of how life ought to be. We may even manage to view all our experiences (even the ‘unwelcome’ ones) as not only pertaining to us, but as linking us to a Greater Plan. The moment we recognise that everything is cyclical we have to accept the impermanence of it all. Once we realise that each situation is fleeting, our attachment lessens and we are able to enjoy our pleasures and our passions while they last - with less fear of loss and anxiety about the future.

Bottle 4
Bottle 14

Using any of the fourteen bottles in Aura-Soma that have gold as a fraction could support us to ‘rely on our higher Self, our True Being, which is always in position to glean true wisdom…the wisdom of going beyond knowing about things’ Mike Booth about Bottle 4, The Sunlight Bottle, Yellow/Gold. The keynote for Bottle 14, Wisdom in the New Aeon, clear/gold says it all: Getting in touch with wisdom so that clarity may unfold.

Bottle 40

Bottle 40, The ‘I Am’ Bottle, red/gold, could support us to anchor ourselves in our Golden area, our Incarnational Star, the space of unconditioned consciousness from where the true joy of Being emanates. The red in the top fraction helps us to ground, to sense the I Am directly – and to perhaps become conscious of consciousness as our true self.

En-lightenment implies that we are able to lighten the leaden load that is the burden of form. Trust your intuition: become your own alchemist.

Intuition is really a sudden immersion of the soul into the universal current of life
