Before I can tell my life what I want to do with it, I must listen to my life telling me who I am.

Parker J Palmer

Choosing a bottle with a turquoise fraction often involves connecting our higher mind with our heart, with awakening our inner teacher and tapping into our sources of inspiration. 'The need to unfold the love from above in relation to the feeling side of the being'. Keynote for Bottle 45, turquoise/magenta, Breath of Love. In a practical sense turquoise facilitates the process of committing ourselves to our essence, relinquishing the forms, structures and attachments that prevent us from becoming who we truly are

Our process of individuation, of getting to know our core being, is hampered by holding fast to what is familiar: we tend to block our own path on the inward journey by choosing to resist, by hanging on to the unresolved residue of the past. One way of overcoming resistance is to become the curious observer, to watch self without judgement or comment. Curiosity is the antidote to resistance; we cannot resist the evolution of self when we are curious and watching. As we become aware of our breath, as we hold still, the possibility arises that our awareness expands until we eventually feel a sense of connection with the entire universe. We are able to get in touch with the collective voice within and able to express our own creative potential without fear. Bottle 43, turquoise/turquoise is called Creativity and is an invaluable support for the 'Creative communication through the feeling side of the being...(as)...The process of individuation unfolds'. It does take practice and willpower to become the witness however - the habit of resisting is a deeply ingrained automatic response and applying the contents of any of the fifteen bottles with a turquoise fraction could support this process. Mike Booth messages in his notes on Bottle 107, Archangel Tzaphkiel, turquoise/deep magenta: 'We need the courage, the strength to be able to progress on the journey of individuation so that we might find the lion heart within ourselves'.

In the past three years two bottles with a turquoise fraction came into being: Bottle 107, Archangel Tzaphkiel, turquoise/deep magenta and Bottle 108, Archangel Jeremiel, mid-tone turquoise/mid-tone olive. Both these bottles relate to connecting with our soul, our inner guide: 'Jeremiel is the voice that speaks to us in the stillness or out of the stillness that gives the opportunity to touch the heart and the being at a deeper level within the self'. First notes by Mike Booth on this bottle. The affirmation for this bottle is particularly telling: The sea of consciousness opens before me as I let go of the past.

About Bottle 108 he writes: 'Tzaphkiel is to help us to get in touch with the lyricism of the heart, where the truth of ourselves may be touched as the song of the heart communicates itself with others. We may be transported towards the lightness of being. The more we are able to put the love into the little things the more energy might be accessed in relation to the bigger picture'.

Both these bottles came onto our planet on the 14 December and the Guardian Angel related to this date is Nanael (72 Angels course offered by Mike Booth). One of the attributes of Nanael is 'Understanding the dance of the seasons and the senses, there is a time for everything in its right time'. Our attitude towards time is part of the change we are embracing as we whirl into the new aeon. Off course we need clock time to organise the horizontal dimension of our life – the surface layer of our reality. What we are now adding is the vertical dimension of depth, accessible to us only through the portal of allowing the present moment to be. Whenever an habitual no turns into a yes – when we allow the moment to be as it is, we dissolve time.

What we are working towards dissolving, is the mind's endless preoccupation with past and future and our resistance to align with the present moment. When we react (an anagram of create) against the form that our life takes at this moment – when the present moment becomes an obstacle – we become addicted to reaction and creativity is lost.

Only when we can consciously surrender to what is, can we retrieve our inner teacher, the dimension of depth in our life. Only then can we reinvent our self, can something come forth from that dimension into this world. Bottle 75, Go With the Flow, magenta/turquoise messages that the more we can let ourselves be, the more our process of individuation can unfold. This brings us in touch with the flow of life.

In so doing we transcend the limiting world of form and create something of infinite value that otherwise would have remained unmanifested.

Keep your best wishes, close to your heart and watch what happens
