Living from the belly

‘The opportunity of dropping out of the thinking towards the feeling being, having a sense of how it feels in relation to the body and then dropping beyond the feeling into the being: to be able to sense that quality moment to moment…a shift in qualitative experience.’

Mike Booth

At your centre of gravity, deep within your belly, lies hidden your individual programme; the more you give your faith, your trust and your attention to that place, the more it will unfold in your life. Instead of a single golden moment you may have many golden moments until you begin to experience the golden nature of existence: an existence that is filled with synchronicity and joy.

To do this you need to decide what kind of relationship you want to have with the present moment: the present is inseparable from life and so in truth you are deciding what kind of relationship you want to have with life. Your decision to befriend the present moment, to befriend life, changes your entire reality; and you need to make that decision again and again until it becomes as natural as your breath.

Gold is a tertiary colour made up of primary yellow (individuality, knowledge and joy) and secondary orange (insight and bliss) carrying some of the messages of both: knowledge and insight become a doorway to your inner wisdom that has been there all along, and so the joy deepens. There are fourteen bottles in Aura-Soma with gold as a fraction; any of these may support your desire to access the gold within yourself.

When you live from your mind you are concerned with either the past or the future: the present moment (or as we have seen, life itself) is regarded at best as a means to an end, an obstacle to be overcome. Your external reality, always reflecting your inner state, becomes filled with obstacles. As long as the present moment is seen as an obstacle, there can be no end to your mind-made problems.

Becoming aware of your breath, feeling the air moving in and out of your body, creates space, generates consciousness and takes your attention away from thinking. Breathing into your belly brings you into your body and into the present moment – the key to all inner transformation.

Once we make peace with our own confusion, then maybe we can touch the beginnings of clarity.

‘What is the difference between confusion and clarity, the difference in the way the breath moves in the body.’

Mike Booth

Once you discover that there is only ever this moment you are able to make a different choice: you may become less attached to the outcome and perhaps let go of the burden of past ghosts. You may be able to let go in your belly and find the joy in your world.
