The week weaves together many levels of experience. Looking at our own inner work, how we share that in consultations and also how to expand that into work with a greater audience, thus reaching more people. At a certain point in our own growth we need the challenge of expressing our knowledge and especially our wisdom to others. It is only in this way that we become aware of how much or how little we really know. The Bridge becomes an initiation into deeper levels of ourselves as we prepare to share what we hold most dear with others.
We explore what the facilitator’s role means and what the motivation is to share our Aura-Soma light. The course is a series of explorations into ways of listening and ways of giving.
The week offers useful techniques for preparing 2-3 hour introductions to Aura-Soma. We also experience exercises that may be shared on a Practical Introductory Day. These exercises have the potential to be part of our own inner process during this week.
Consultation skills and group work offer a platform from which to develop our own personal style and gifts. There is also ample opportunity to use your fellow students as sounding boards for your ideas, however the intended emphasis of the week is to become more aware of our feeling and reactive nature and thus our true gifts of intuition and insight.
We look at ways we can maintain and honour Vicky’s vision of a non-intrusive soul enriching process, learning at the same time the power of the Aura-Soma universal language of colour.
The Bridge has been developed to be of value to anyone wishing to continue their work with the Aura-Soma colours whether in the teaching, consulting or personal mode, the keys being listening, intention, centring, and grounding. The most basic skills for a teacher are being aware of one’s own motivation and also the needs of the students, their well being, level of understanding and their own focus and motivating factors. With these skills of awareness we can hope to reach or even touch a student and help them recognise their own Inner Light. Other more basic teaching skills will be covered as well, to do more with preparation, organisation and presentation.
As with the previous courses in Aura-Soma, we ask that there is a gap of 3 - 4 months between the Advanced course and the Bridge. This enables the information to be integrated in ways that are not immediately obvious to the intellect, there develops a far greater sense of confidence and familiarity with the information and the inner essence of the system. As we get a little distance from the information it maybe possible for the intuition to begin to awaken.
To attend the Bridge course it is first necessary to have attended the PPS course, the Aura-Soma Level 3 and also successfully acquired your Level 4 certificate. The PPS is not necessary for Colour Care Consultant registration if your training started before January 1st 2009 but it is necessary for the Bridge course after June 1st 2009.
Ultimately the course becomes what you bring to it and make of it. We sow the seeds now for what it is that we hope to reap tomorrow. Energy follows thought.
After the Bridge Course, the practitioner will be able to start to give Presentations about Aura-Soma to the public. They will be able to offer full day events of experience with Aura-Soma. In conjunction with the local country co-ordinator it is possible to approach or respond to the National Media after the Bridge course.
