Student Agreement

Please read the following carefully. It is important!!!

I understand that I am attending an Aura-Soma training course which is accredited by the A.S. International Academy of Colour Technologies (“the Academy”). I also understand that the Academy allows me to complete this course, receive a Certificate of Attendance and be enrolled on its Student Register on condition that I agree to respect its legal rights and the integrity of the Aura-Soma system. I therefore agree that I will NOT do any of the following:

  • give any Aura-Soma Consultation for a fee, or describe myself as an Aura-Soma Practitioner unless I hold a current Aura-Soma Practising Certificate. I understand I may apply for a Practising Certificate at any time after I have completed Level 2 of the Aura-Soma Training.


  • give any public talk on Aura-Soma until I have completed the Bridge within the Teacher Training Programme


  • use the registered trademarks, names and logos of Aura-Soma, Lucia Angelis or the Academy to describe or advertise any service that I may offer unless I hold a current Practising Certificate, and then only to use those to which I am entitled and for the purposes specified in the Practitioner Guide.


  • reproduce any of the Course Materials or information, excepting those items specified to be given to clients when permitted.


  • alter the packaging or labeling of the Aura-Soma products or supply them to any person under different packaging or labeling


  • alter the contents or appearance of the products, add any substance to them or deliberately subject them to any chemical, radiation or other process


  • transfer any of the product’s contents to another container with the intention of supplying that container to any person copy any of the Aura-Soma products anything which the Academy reasonably believes could damage its reputation or could deceive or mislead the public in relation to Aura-Soma, its products or the product suppliers


  • anything with the intention that it may directly or indirectly result in another person doing anything set out above.


  • I understand that where this Agreement refers to a person, it includes an individual, company or other legal person.

    • I have read the matters set out in this Student Agreement and I understand and freely accept them. I also understand that this Student Agreement is legally binding on me from today. I certify that the information in this form is correct.
